  1. Only full member shall be elected as Committee Members.

  2. The Society Committee shall consist of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and three Committee Members.   The Society Committee Members shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting by highest number of vote.

  3. The Chairman shall be elected by not less than 1/2 vote of the quorum.

  4. The term of service of the Committee Members shall be two-year and shall be eligible for re-election.

  5. Nominations for Committee Members shall be made in writing to the Secretary 7 days before the Annual General Meeting.

  6. The Chairman of the Society Committee shall have a casting vote in all Committee Meetings.

  7. The quorum of the meeting of the Committee shall not be less than four.

  8. The Committee may act not with standing any vacancy in their body.

  9. The Committee shall at all times use Society letterhead stationary.
