Account
The Society Committee shall cause proper books of account to be kept with respect to:

The assets and liabilities of the Society: |

2. |
The sum of money received and expended by the Society. |
The books of account shall be kept at the office, or at such other places as the Committee may think fit, and shall always be opened to the inspection of the Committee Members.
Funds
The funds of the Society, shall only be applied solely towards:
the promotion of the objects of the Society and all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
No portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly to the members of the Society. |
